Professional Environmental Group provides operational execution of a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Program including tasks associated with NEPA compliance.
PE Group compares and reviews environmental impact statements and related documentation, updates protocol documents, and summarizes and disseminates changes and impacts.
Our staff prepares NEPA planning and summary documents, writes environmental assessments, categorical exclusions, and identifies additional support sources.
PE Group’s Program manager will assist clients in meeting EPA rules and regulations including the National Environmental Policy Act and the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations for Implementing NEPA (40 CFR Parts 1500-1508).
PE staff are experienced in meeting Department of Energy NEPA Regulations (10 CFR Part 1021), and the DOE Floodplain & Wetland Regulations (10 CFR Part 1022), DOE Orders and federal Executive Orders.
Our Program manager provides guidance regarding NEPA issues, evaluates new or changing regulations, determines the impact to the facility, and our staff provide a regulatory update service identifying and summarizing changes to federal and state regulations. |
