Professional Environmental Group provides TSCA program oversight that includes implementing, supporting and providing guidance to ensure compliance with federal regulations and the company’s operations. PE Group’s Program manager directs the program, provides, technical support, subject matter expertise, and resources.
Our staff conducts assessments, documentation status reports, self-reporting disclosure documents to identify noncompliant issues for review, and accurate inventories of all PCB’s at the customer’s facility.
We prepare and maintain a mapping system that identifies the location of all PCBs, and prepare and maintain the PCB annual records and PCB Annual Document Log.
Our Program manager provides guidance regarding TCSA issues, evaluates new or changing regulations, determines the impact to the facility and our staff provide a regulatory update service identifying and summarizing changes to federal and state regulations.
The manager updates, revises or streamlines the program documents to ensure compliance, and maintain cost effective, time-sensitive program operation. |
