RCRA Compliance Services |

PE Group provides a program manager, RCRA permit writer, support personnel to manage the RCRA program effectively and efficiently. We attend meetings, discuss RCRA permit modifications, examine compliance issues, coordinate with regulators, respond to agency notices, prepare self-disclosures, and assess completion of milestones.
PE Group services include permit writing for RCRA Subtitle C, Part B and Subtitle D permits, prepares permit modifications, closure documents, evaluates and maintains site documentation, and prepares required reports.
We provide training modules, subject matter experts, a regulatory update service to identify and summarize changes to regulations affecting the customer’s operations.
PE Group staff conducts periodic, comprehensive self-assessments of the RCRA program and of field implementation efforts, and assists in the development and implementation of corrective actions. |
