PE Group provides a comprehensive program designed to meet the requirements of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA).

Our staff conducts periodic program assessments, reviews procedures for chemical management, updates them as appropriate to incorporate changing regulations, and reviews updates with customer employees and subcontractor personnel.

PE Group provides emergency response procedures, designates Community and Facility Coordinators to implement emergency response plans. We prepare and implement emergency notification procedures, determine probable affected areas and populations by release, identify available local emergency equipment, facilities and personnel.

We prepare evacuation planning, training for emergency responders, emergency response schedules, and identify facilities and transportation routes for extremely hazardous substances.

PE Group manages chemical dispensary procurement, receipt, distribution and end use (recycle, reuse or waste) of chemicals, we prepare SARA Title III, Tier II (inventory reporting), Form R (release reporting), and Material Data Safety Sheet (MSDS) reports.

We provide electronic databases for chemical tracking, maintain and review spill-reporting logs, and run ad-hoc reports to determine the number of chemical containers in inventory and use.
